Troubleshooting

  • Ensure an image element is selected in Webflow.
  • Non-image elements show a “Not an image” notice.
  • Open Settings → Credits to refresh balance.
  • Check estimated credits in the Run tooltip.
  • Try smaller upscale factors first.
  • If asset is very large, output may be “download-only.”
  • Verify network connectivity in the Webflow Designer.
  • Use higher-contrast source images.
  • Run Enhance after Remove BG to clean edges.
  • Ensure you’re on the same Webflow page as the version’s source.
  • If pinned, verify the version still exists in workspace history.
