- Ensure an image element is selected in Webflow.
- Non-image elements show a “Not an image” notice.
- Open Settings → Credits to refresh balance.
- Check estimated credits in the Run tooltip.
- Try smaller upscale factors first.
- If asset is very large, output may be “download-only.”
- Verify network connectivity in the Webflow Designer.
- Use higher-contrast source images.
- Run Enhance after Remove BG to clean edges.
- Ensure you’re on the same Webflow page as the version’s source.
- If pinned, verify the version still exists in workspace history.
